Send us the receipt screenshot on WhatsApp (+92 311 5395616) or email strayshomeanimalrescue@gmail.com. It lets us thank you properly, log the donation correctly, and show you exactly which animal your money helped.

One-off donations rescue an animal. Regular donations let us plan — to commit to a surgery, to buy feed in bulk, to say yes when the phone rings on the 28th of the month.

No small print, no surprises
How are donations used?
Donations go directly to animal welfare: veterinary treatment and surgeries, medicines and vaccines, animal feed, fuel for rescue and feeding runs, shelter maintenance, and the equipment needed to keep our animals safe. Strays Home is volunteer-led and no leadership salaries are drawn from donations.
Are donations tax-deductible?
Tax treatment depends on your country and your own tax position. Strays Home cannot give tax advice — please check with your tax adviser. If you need a written acknowledgement of your donation for your records, email strayshomeanimalrescue@gmail.com and we will provide one.
Can I choose which animal my donation helps?
Yes, in most cases. Tell us the animal or the case you saw on Instagram when you send your receipt, and we'll allocate it there. If that animal's costs are already covered, we'll apply it to the next animal in the greatest need and let you know.
Can I get a refund?
Donations are gifts and are generally non-refundable, because funds are usually committed to treatment within days. If you made a genuine error — a duplicate transfer, or the wrong amount — contact us within 7 days at strayshomeanimalrescue@gmail.com and we will do our best to put it right. GoFundMe donations follow GoFundMe's own refund policy.
How do I know this is really you?
The only accounts and links we use are the ones published on this website and on our verified Instagram profile, @strayshomeanimalrescue. We will never contact you asking for your card details, OTP or bank password. If anything looks suspicious, call +92 311 5395616 before sending anything.
What happens to my personal data?
We keep only what we need to acknowledge your donation and keep our records straight, and we never sell or share it. See our Privacy Policy.
